Im saying use heavy stabiliser there. Use a heavy cutaway stabiliser, hoop firm, ease the rpm during the stripe passes so the red lines hold their crispness. 44k stitches at the largest hoop size needs ya machine running calm. my standard software did a clean job on the colour change sequence so the swap from white star fill to navy ground flows steady through the file. One bow. Two ribbons.
