The snowflake dots and twig arms use running stitch so they add character without weight. Hoop with a medium polymesh under on woven or linen and youre done in under 30 minutes on the big size. Stitch on white, cream or oatmeal fabric. Skip dark navy or black where the hat and text both disappear.
