The face section uses angled fill rows that trace the contour of the cheek and jaw, that bit is what makes the face look modelled rather than flat. Avoid bright white fabric here, the pale cream blaze on the face needs a slightly warm ground to separate cleanly. The large version on a canvas tote or the whole back of a barn jacket is gonna look fantastic. Back everything with a heavy cutaway stabiliser because the leaf sections have dense fill and will drag on anything lightweight.
