At maximum size its 7.51 inches tall by 2.88 wide, so its a genuinely tall block of text, and at the smallest its 3.51 inches by 1.35. The density is calibrated to avoid bleed-through on lighter fabrics if you use a topping, but its realise that on a dark orange or purple t-shirt you wont need any special prep beyond cutaway stabiliser. She sent me a message after saying the 2.88-inch version looked exactly right sized up on the pillow front. Stitch it in white on black for the classic look, or switch to orange thread on a natural linen for something warmer. Use cutaway stabiliser on knits and anything stretchy, tearaway works fine on woven cotton and canvas.
