Skip dark navy or black fabric because the blue text disappears and youre left with just the orange sun and black shades which doesnt make sense. Use a medium tearaway stabiliser on stable woven cotton. Hoop snug, the design is nearly square so a 7x7 hoop fits the big size without pushing the stabiliser edge.
