Theres 11 thread colours in this one, 3 colours and nine sizes aside, which is a lil more to manage at the machine but the result is worth it. The main sack leans forward in scarlet red with a cream and gold jute-style trim along the top edge. Beside it sits a smaller sack in the same scarlet, and between the two of them youve got a pile of parcels in teal, bright yellow, purple and white, a striped candy cane, green holly sprigs with red berries, and what looks like a lil blue bow peeking out from the right side.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emy main digitising tool mapped the 10 colour changes cleanly, which was genuinely the trickiest part of the whole build. Density lands at 1211 stitches per square inch, so its a dense, heavy-coverage design and ya really do want a medium to heavy cutaway stabiliser underneath. I ran it on canvas and on a woven cotton drill, both held up fine. The satin columns on the candy cane need a topping layer on terry or any texture with loops or pile, otherwise the stitches sink and the stripes lose definition. Thats the main thing to watch out for.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOne customer hooped the 4.35-inch version onto a kraft canvas tote for a school gift-giving event and it came out really clean. The colours read well against the natural canvas. Add it to a linen gift bag for presents that people actually keep rather than throw away. Stitch it on a cream apron as a seasonal kitchen piece too, it holds up through washing if you use the cutaway.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePair the design on a tote, a christmas stocking front, a table centrepiece hoop, a canvas gift bag or a seasonal cushion cover. Pop the smaller size onto a lil fabric tag sewn onto a wrapped present. Use the largest 7.51-inch size for a statement wall piece.
