On stable wovens like twill or denim youre fine with tearaway but honestly Im still gonna say cutaway because of that satin spiral at the top. Topping on fleece is a must or the satin columns sink and you lose the twist effect. Ive been digitising unicorn designs for years and that spiral section is always the first thing that goes wrong without topping.
