Ive been using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio for digitising this style for years and the leaf fills come out looking layered even without heavy density because of the directional stitch angles on each leaf body. Stitch the smallest size on cream cotton for the cleanest read. Use a tearaway stabiliser on woven linen or canvas. Skip dark navy or black ground fabric because the orange leaf fills lose contrast quickly on dark backgrounds. Dont hoop too loose, the acorn cap sections have short jump stitches and theyll snag on slack fabric.
