Hoop super tight, the repeated short satin strokes on the feather-petals will pull and pucker if the fabric has any give during stitching. Black, charcoal, navy or deep forest green are my top choices. Slow the machine for the eye sections, the directional tatami fill on those gold rings needs patience.
