Big dark satin fill circles with two tiny white highlight dots dropped in, and my niece said it looks suprised every time she looks at it. The white highlights go in last in the sequence so stitch order matters if you ever need to re-export. The satin fill on the body needs something that doesnt stretch or the roundness goes oval. On fleece use a cutaway stabiliser and a topping layer or the cream underbelly section will sink into the pile.
