The yellow moon needs a dark background or the whole thing flattens out. I tried it on white once as a test and it looked fine but it lost the drama completely. The green eyes only really glow against dark fabric aswell.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eStick to firm cutaway on darker knit fabrics which tend to be heavier. On black woven denim or canvas, tearaway works fine if you hoop tight. For the smaller 3 in on a pocket or badge, place a thin mesh topping over the fabric to keep the tatami moon fill tidy. Skip pale or mid-tone fabrics entirely.
