Run a tearaway underneath on the apron bib area, the fabric moves around a bit when loose and you dont want the text drifting. Hoop snug and run at about 80 percent speed through the dense headline fill. Avoid sheer fabric, 5 colour fills need backing that holds.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDensity at 607 is mid-range, so most home machines handle it without trouble. The headline block is the heaviest section, the satin text columns in Wilcom are clean but dont rush that part. Skip the fastest speed on your machine for that one zone and youll get crisp edges on every letter.
