Use cutaway stabiliser on knit or medium-stretch fabrics, at 10227 stitches theres enough pull to distort a loose base. Tearaway works on firm woven cotton or canvas. Hoop your fabric at good tension before you start, the white satin fill is the largest area and any slack in the hoop shows as a slightly puffy rather than flat shape. Run underlay first, then the top white satin goes down smooth. Dont rush the colour changes, theres four stops but the grey shadow goes in before the final outline.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePeople have been using this one on halloween sweater fronts, coffee-themed kitchen towels, treat bags, and small zip pouches. Its really a bunch of placements that all work because the design is wider than tall, fits on a mug-rug, a cup cosy, or a small canvas pouch without needing to resize. Use a 75\/11 needle on cotton or linen. On dark fabric the white really pops cleanly because the outline keeps the satin contained.
