girl-glasses
Cute Girl with Glasses Embroidery Design, Instant Download

Cartoon girl in chunky black-frame glasses, face-up portrait cut off just below the collar. Dark brown hair piled into a messy bun with those loose wispy strands framing the face that every anime character has. On top of the bun theres an oversized bow that takes up almost as much real estate as the face itself, striped red and blue in satin columns. The glasses are thick-framed black rounds with teal green iris fills showing behind the lenses. Lavender purple top just visible at the bottom. Cheeks have that soft blush flush and the lips are crimson red, not dramatic, just present.

Nine colours with a good spread across warm and cool tones: cream white for the base skin layer, warm peach for the face fill, blush pink for the cheeks, lavender for the top, teal green for the irises, crimson for the lips and bow stripe, powder blue for the other bow stripe, dark brown, and black for everything else. Wilcom built the bun with radial directional fills going outward from the centre part, which gives it texture and keeps the wispy strands from looking flat. Density at 1,137 is moderate, its a clean machine run from start to finish.

Girls portrait designs like this one get ordered mostly by mums making birthday gifts or personalised clothing for daughters, but I also get alot of orders from primary school teachers who put them on classroom bags. One customer ordered 4 versions last spring in different shirt colours for a group of girls who all wore glasses and wanted matching tees for a school photo day. Suprised me how well the teal irises came out on the pale pink shirts. Thats one of those things youre never quite sure about until the machine finishes.

Best on white, pale pink, or cream cotton and jersey. The lavender top detail is visible on dark fabric but the blush cheeks and wisp detail need a light base to read clearly. Use cutaway stabiliser, the 48k stitch count at the largest size is real density and the bun section especially needs the backing. Run at medium speed throughout, and dont rush the bow stripes, the directional satin is what makes em look clean. Skip the topping on cotton but add it if youre going onto jersey.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0699/6262/9270/files/CuteGirlwithGlassesMachineEmbroideryDesign.png?v=1762838532
