Use a fresh needle for the black section, thats the heaviest thread count in the file and the letterforms have a lot of direction changes. Check your bobbin level too before that last pass, it uses more thread than you'd expect. 5 sizes from 2.81 to 6.03 inches wide, stitch counts from 9,046 to 19,187.
