Check your hoop clearance before you go up to 7 inches because it fills a lot of real estate. At 3 inches the badge reads clearly but the banner lettering is tight, so pick your smallest needle size for that run. Hoop it on canvas or a woven poly-cotton blend and itll sit flat without any puckering.
