The large lettering carries alot of stitch weight, the 7.38-inch size clocks in around 27,700 stitches and the small 3.44-inch size is around 12,000. There are 5 sizes total. Use a tearaway or cutaway stabiliser on aprons depending on stretch, and go for a medium to heavy tearaway on stable woven fabrics like twill. The density on the block letters means you really dont want thin jersey without proper topping or youll lose the letter edges.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMy customers love putting this on black and navy aprons, the red grill pops really well against dark fabric.
