The flag section inside uses fine horizontal satin columns for the stripes, thats where the stitch count lives, 10,900 on the smallest 3.5-inch and up to 31k on the 7.5-inch. One customer bought it last november for a veteran appreciation event, said the heart-flag combo hits diferent than the straight eagle designs. On white the sky blue splash really pops. On black the red and hot pink absolutely sing. Skip mid-tones like heather grey, the splash detail gets muddy. Try the 6-inch centred on a tee front or the back of a denim jacket. Pop the small 3.5-inch on a baseball cap or a tote pocket for a lower-key version. Wont disappoint.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUse a tearaway stabiliser on stable cotton and a cutaway on denim or twill. The dense flag stripe section in the heart centre needs a firm hoop and a 75\/11 sharp needle. Ease speed slightly on the satin columns so the stripes stay straight.
