Im pretty proud of how this one stitches out.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI built this in my usual software with a colour sequence that runs the amber base fill first, then the white muzzle patch, then the black stripes on top, and finally the eye detail as the last stop. Thats the layering sequence that makes the stripes sit on top of the fur rather than beside it. Back it with knit-friendly cutaway, the density of 163 combined with the multi-directional fills will buckle lighter stabilisers, especially on knit fabric. Hoop really solid and run at about 60-70% machine speed on the fine stripe detail passes to keep tension even.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI had a customer customising a wildlife-themed jacket last april and she stitched this at 7.5 inches across a dark olive canvas back, the amber orange reads incredibly well against that colour. For jacket or bag work the 6-7 inch range is ideal. For cap fronts the 3.5-4 inch version works but youll lose some stripe detail at small sizes, which is just the nature of photorealistic designs going small. Avoid pale or white fabric, the amber fur needs a mid or dark base to have any contrast at all.
