It gives each character a round felt-toy kind of depth rather than looking flat. Happy squinting eyes, rosy cheek circles, the whole thing reads warm immediately. Use a firm cutaway stabiliser on any stretch or jersey base to keep the dense satin fills from pulling and the group composition from shifting. Stitch it on canvas, dense cotton or fleece without any issues.
