Use fresh thread on the white sections because any bobbin tension issues show up more on the white beard fill than anywhere else in the design. The wreath green is deep enough that youd substitute a darker forest green thread if you want a richer christmas palette. Dont skip the underlay on the face sections, thats what keeps the flesh-tone satin from sinking into the base fabric.
