The 6 inch on canvas is my go-to recommendation, the satin columns on \"Wife\" and \"boss\" stitch out super clean at that size on a stable woven. Use cutaway stabiliser on jersey or fleece or those cursive letters will wobble and lose their sharp outline. Terry cloth needs a water-soluble topping or the lettering sinks into the pile and you lose those salmon block capitals completely. Skip the topping on twill, just hoop flat.
