Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver products purchased from reembroidery.com (the "Site") operated by Re Embroidery. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. We sell digital products only

Re Embroidery sells digital embroidery design files only. There is no physical shipping, no postage, no carrier delivery, no tracking, no customs. Every product is delivered electronically.

2. How delivery works

  • After your payment is confirmed, you receive an instant download link by email at the address provided at checkout
  • You can also access the file directly from your account on reembroidery.com under "My Downloads"
  • Files are available for download immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • There is no shipping wait, no tracking number, no carrier delay, and no estimated arrival date because the product is delivered the moment payment clears

3. Order processing time

Digital orders are processed and fulfilled automatically within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases (suspected fraud, payment hold, or technical issue), processing may take up to 24 hours. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

4. Download access

  • Download links emailed to you remain active indefinitely under normal circumstances
  • Files are also accessible from your account at any time
  • Lost or accidentally deleted the file? Re-download from your account at no charge
  • If your account is terminated for cause (License violation, fraud, AUP breach), download access ends with the termination

5. Did not receive your file?

If your download link does not arrive within 5 minutes of payment:

  1. Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders for an email from no-reply@reembroidery.com or our payment processor
  2. Verify the email address you used at checkout (typos are common)
  3. Sign into your account and check the "My Downloads" section
  4. Email support@reembroidery.com with your order number and we will resend a fresh link within 1 business day

6. International orders

Because nothing physical ships, there are no:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or value-added tax (VAT) collected on shipping
  • International delivery delays or carrier holdups
  • Address verification issues
  • Lost-package risks

Customers in any country can purchase, download, and use Designs immediately. Local sales tax (where applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

7. Shipping fees

None. There are no shipping fees, handling fees, or delivery surcharges. The price displayed on the product page (plus any local tax) is the total amount you pay.

8. Damaged or defective deliveries

If a downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or fails to open in standard embroidery software, contact support@reembroidery.com with your order number and a brief description of the error. We will resend a fresh copy at no charge. If the file genuinely cannot be repaired and you cannot use it, you may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

9. License terms

For details on how the design files can be used in finished embroidered products, see our License and Commercial Use page. The License is granted upon download and is governed by our Terms of Service.

10. Updates

We update this Shipping Policy as needed. The "Effective date" reflects the most recent revision.
