Abstract fierce cat face, black and crimson red, buried inside a wild spray of swirling filigree linework radiating outward in every direction. Two sharp yellow-green eyes glare through all that chaos. Everything else is fur and swirling tendrils going absolutely everywhere. Black curls fan off the edges like smoke or flame tips. And the whole mass sits in deep crimson red, 2 colours total, reading bold from a metre away.
Style is ornate tattoo-art, closer to a flash sheet than a cute cat portrait. The fur isnt drawn as individual hairs, its done in a layered feather-stitch pattern that stacks into ridges. Black outline work cuts through the crimson to suggest depth. The scroll bits at the edges are freestanding chain-stitch curves with no fill behind them, so theyre floating slightly off the fabric when the hoop comes off.
Density at 464 stitches per square inch pushes serious texture and shadow into those crimson sections even with only two thread changes. Smallest size is 1.87 wide by 3.49 inches tall. Largest goes to 4.01 by 7.5. I got a message last autumn from someone who ordered the big version for a jacket back panel. She told me it completely filled the space and she sold five of em at a local market that same weekend.
Works best on sturdy dark fabric. Use black denim, dark charcoal canvas or deep burgundy twill. The red pops hardest against near-black backgrounds. Skip pastels and white unless you want the red to wash out. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabiliser, float a topping on any textured weave so the fine scroll lines dont sink. Hoop firm because the filigree tails lift if tension is slack.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
