Single continuous line, thats the whole design. The womans profile, brow to chin to neck, drawn as one unbroken dashed path. A large hibiscus flower opens at the side of the head right where an ear would be, petals spreading out from the jaw and neck in the same sketchy stitch style. The flower centre has a few little dots for the stamens. No fills, no satin columns, its realy all just dashed outlines following one line around the face and bloom.

Ultra low stitch count, 2,492 at the smallest 3.5 by 2.27 inch size and 4,186 at the largest 7.5 by 4.88 inch. Density 114 is barely any thread at all which means it stitches fast, like under 10 minutes on most machines even at the big end. No colour changes. Single thread load, press start, done. And because its so minimal it works on almost any colour fabric without fighting the background.

I made this one specifically for the minimalist home decor crowd and I get quite a few orders from people doing gallery walls with framed hoops. One customer last february stitched it on a cream silk scarf in black thread and it looked properly expensive. Another did it on bleached muslin in a 10-inch frame and said guests thought it was a print. Works on anything from denim to linen to cotton muslin, its really that flexible.

Skip topping on most fabrics, the light stitch work is forgiving. Use a lightweight cutaway or even a self-adhesive stabiliser sheet on softer materials like silk or knit. The minimal density wont distort most fabrics aswell. Hoop tight and slow the machine on silk or chiffon to keep the dashed outline consistent. Dont use a heavy stabiliser, it'll overpower the delicate thread work and you lose the minimalist effect.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
