An america patriotic rainbow arch badge, three concentric bands running from the outside inward. The outer band is red and covered in a tight row of small stars, the middle band is dark navy blue and also packed with stars running the full arc. The innermost band is a grey-silver that reads almost neutral, which stops the design from being too loud when stitched on white or cream fabric. Theres a single red star right at the foot of the arch as an anchor point where the two sides meet.
Below the arch the word america runs in lowercase brushstroke lettering, relaxed and a bit hand-drawn, which contrasts well with the structured geometry above. The black thread sits heavy and solid so it anchors the whole badge without competing with the star rows. Its 6 sizes in total, ranging from about 2 inches up to 7, and the jump in stitch count is substantial between the ends of that range, 5,000 at the small end to nearly 20,000 at the top.
A customer asked me last year whether the 2-inch size would work on a hat front, and yes it does. I told her to try it on a low-profile dad hat and she sent back a photo, it looked great. Hoop it snug and go slow on the star fill sections since those are where density is highest. Use a light cutaway for hat fabric so it doesnt pucker after washing. Pop the 5 or 7-inch version on a tote bag or shirt front when you want it to fill the space properly.
Run this on white, cream or light grey fabric where all 4 colours have room to read. On dark fabric the grey-silver band fades and youll lose a whole layer of the design, so stick to pale backgrounds unless youre going with the 7-inch size where the red and blue carry enough weight on their own. Dont use heavy woven linen on the smaller sizes since the density can push through.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
