Its a paw print, but the stripes are torn and ragged like an old weathered flag, hanging vertically inside the pad outline. The top section where the toe pads sit is done in blue with white stars stitched across it, and the lower pad is all those ripped red stripes falling downward. Three colors: red, blue and white. Pretty bold graphic, especially once the stitching sets the texture on the stripes.
Six sizes in this one, smallest is 2 inches tall at 3,825 stitches, largest hits 7 inches and 19,546 stitches. I verified those numbers against the professional digitising software sheet and theyre accurate. At 2 inches it looks sharp as a hat patch. At 5-7 inches it fills a shirt chest or a tote nicely. The distressed stripe texture is what makes this one interesting, its not flat fill, theres actual directional stitching in the stripes that gives it that worn look. Around fourth of july last year a customer messaged to say she put the 5-in detail on matching shirts for her whole family including the dog bandana, which made me laugh.
Tape fusible cutaway behind the fabric for shirt work. Pop hats and caps over a stiff cutaway underneath because the blue section has denser fill and you dont want that lifting. Take your time on the 3 color changes and dont rush the thread swaps or the registration goes off on the star detail. Avoid really stretchy knits at the small sizes or the stars distort.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
