Angel wings outline. Two wings facing each other with a small gap in the middle where a name or date can sit. Pure outline work, no fill at all, just clean continuous line stitching that traces the wing shape and the individual feathers layered inside.
The line work carries the whole piece. Top primary feathers swoop up tall and thin and the lower coverts round out as they fall toward the bottom. You can see real feather direction in there, its not a generic wing shape, someone actually drew the layers properly. Theres a soft asymmetry too if you look close, which keeps it from feeling stiff.
One thread colour, runs about 18k stitches at the biggest 7.5 inch size which is light for that hoop. Stitches fast and doesnt stiffen the fabric. Single-colour file means no thread swaps, hoop and go. Honestly its the easiest hoop run youll do all week.
I made this with memorial pieces in mind. Last christmas a customer wrote me asking for a wings file to honour her mum and the version she stitched onto a sage linen pillow looked dead-on like a memorial portrait. People stitch the persons name and dates in the gap between the wings. Alot popular for baptism keepsakes, faith based merch and tattoo style streetwear too.
Stitch on white, cream, sage or dusty rose for memorial pieces, the outline reads soft on muted backgrounds. Pop it on charcoal or navy with white thread for streetwear. Skip busy patterned fabric. Use a tearaway on woven cotton and a cutaway on stretchy knits, the outline runs delicate so the fabric needs to stay flat under it. Hit me up on chat if anything stitches funny, Ill fix the file fast fast.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
