The t-rex is not knocking politely. The whole head is coming out of the concrete, jaw stretched open, that yellow cat-slit eye glowing at you, claws on both sides gripping the broken edge like the barrier didnt stand a chance. Scattered grey chunk shapes fly outward in all directions which is what gives it the burst-through feeling rather than just a dinosaur in a hole.
Reach out if you have stabiliser questions on this one because at 83,442 stitches in the largest 7.18-inch size this is one of the denser designs in the range. You need a proper heavy cutaway underneath, not a lightweight tearaway. The 13 colours include 2 different greens for the t-rex body shading, orange for the inner-mouth and snout highlights, dark red for the tongue, grey for the concrete chunks, brown for the throat, and yellow for that one unsettling eye. my workhorse software did the colour work and the shading on the green body sections is genuinely impressive.
Buyers keep asking about this design every march, mostly parents. One customer last march put the 5-in face on grey kids hoodie and the whole family kept stopping her at school pickup asking where she got it. She said she couldnt make it through a single morning without at least 3 kids pointing at the sweatshirt. Its that kind of design.
Best on mid-grey or charcoal cotton sweatshirt where the concrete chunk grey blends into the fabric and feels like it came from inside the garment. Avoid light pastels because the dark green body wont have enough contrast. Run at lower speed through the chunk sections since theres alot of direction changes in the fragment fills and ya dont want skipped stitches in the satin outlines.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
