The heart outline here isnt a flat vector shape. Its drawn in thick brushstrokes, the kind where you can see the stroke pressure change as the line curves around. Dark green thread, multiple passes layered to get that painted quality, and the top of the heart where the two lobes meet has those characteristic little loose ends where the strokes finish. It looks like someone traced a heart with a fat marker and then walked away, which is the good kind of imperfect.

Along the right inside edge, five puzzle pieces stack vertically like they are just resting against the heart. Yellow at the top, then teal aqua, then red, then bright green, then pink at the bottom. Each one is solid satin fill, clean and bold, the colours dont bleed into each other. On the left curve of the heart, the words Understand, Love and Accept run in a flowing cursive, each word staggered slightly as they follow the arc, stitched in near-black so they read clearly against almost any fabric colour.

Its the kind of thing thats been going into school bags, hoodies and tote bags all through April and a customer who makes awareness gifts year-round told me this one moves faster than any other autism design she stocks. The message is right there on the front without needing a caption. Sizes run from about 6 inches up to 8 and a half, so give it room, it reads best with space around it.

Seven colour stops but the changes are straightforward, no tricky sequencing. Back it on a stable woven with a dense cutaway because the brushstroke outline has long satin passes and a shifting substrate will distort the curve. On a tee use a two-layer backing, one cutaway against the fabric and a light topping on top if your knit has any texture that might catch the cursive. Hoop tight, stitch dark green first, build from there. Skip light grey fabric for this one, the dark green reads better on white or black.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
