The heart outline here isnt a flat vector shape. Its drawn in thick brushstrokes, the kind where you can see the stroke pressure change as the line curves around. Dark green thread, multiple passes layered to get that painted quality, and the top of the heart where the two lobes meet has those characteristic little loose ends where the strokes finish.
