Chubby little cherub sitting on a cloud, legs crossed, holding a yellow star wand like hes granting wishes and loving every second of it. The cloud is that soft puffy pale blue shape at the base, the baby sits right on top with bare feet poking out, big dark eyes wide open, round rosy cheeks, and light brown curly hair with a proper golden halo sitting above it. Small white feathered wings spread out behind the shoulders, each feather row individually digitised so they read as actual feather texture at the larger sizes rather than a flat blob.

Ten colours total: sky blue for the cloud, gold amber for the halo and star, warm peach and blush pink for the skin tones, off-white for the feathers, steel and dark navy for the shading on the outer wing edges, crimson rose for the cheeks and blush details, black for the outlines and eye linework, and warm brown for the curly hair. Thats alot to manage, 9 colour stops per size, but industry software sequenced the stops to minimise jump backs. Stitch count goes from 28,685 at the 3.5-inch smallest size up to 75,979 at the 7.49-inch largest.

I get a lot of orders on this one for baptism and christening gifts. A customer wrote me back in february saying she had it stitched on a white cotton blanket for her granddaughters christening at the 5-inch size, and the seamstress used medium cutaway under a layer of topping and said the feather texture came out cleaner than she expected.

Dm me if you want the star wand swapped for a cross or a dove, Ive done custom variations for memorial pieces. Avoid jersey or any loosely woven fabric. Use cutaway stabiliser, hoop the cotton or linen firm before you start, and dont rush the cloud base fill because thats where puckering happens first. Density is 1,351 across 10 colours, so prepare for a longer run time on the bigger sizes.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
