Its a baby reindeer and honestly its got the most charming face you'll put on a hoop this christmas. Wide branching antlers sit up top and right where they fork theres a little crown of holly leaves and red berries tucked in like someone dressed this deer up for a school play. Big round doe eyes, tiny pink nose, and a red scarf loosely wrapped at the neck.
The body fill is done in dense crosshatching that gives the fur a real textured feel rather than flat satin. Browns stack on browns, three or four shades of them, building up the belly fluff and the chest and the little hooves. The cream tones on the belly and face soften the whole thing so it doesnt read too heavy on light fabrics. Twelve colours total so theres alot of thread changes but the my usual software digitising keeps the transitions clean and the underlay solid.
One customer needed the 7.5-inch hoop run on a natural linen stocking and said the brown crosshatch picked up every bit of the linen texture underneath it, made it look like a proper heirloom piece. And that was after one test run, no adjustments. So the digitising really does hold up at scale.
Best fabric is a dense woven cotton or thick felt. Pop it on a Christmas stocking, a fleece kids blanket, or the front of a winter tote. Skip stretchy jersey, twelve colours and 34k stitches needs a stable base or the registration drifts on the finer face details. Pair light cutaway knits if you really want to run it on a sweatshirt.
Hoop tight and use a topping on any fabric with a visible weave or texture, the fine satin work on the face and ears reads much crisper with topping pressed down. Iron off any remaining topping fibres with a damp press cloth before gifting so the finished piece looks shop-quality right out of the hoop.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
