Mocked up this one specifically for baseball parents and coaches who wanted something a lil more position-specific than the usual ball-and-bat combo. Its a full catcher setup: the face mask with its grid of bars, two crossed bats behind it spreading wide, and a baseball sitting right in the lower pocket where everything overlaps. The seam curves on the ball are stitched in red, everything else runs in black. Simple 2-colour build, 1 colour change, so its a quick machine run.
Five sizes from 3.01 up to 7 in, stitch range is 5,948 to 14,444. Built in industry software, the bar grid uses consistent-width satin columns and a proper underlay so they dont pull together when the fabric moves. Density sits at 291 which is on the lighter side, so ya can get away with a medium-weight cutaway stabiliser rather than going heavy. Bobbin tension matters here, those narrow vertical bars are where youll see any tension problems first.
Drop it on a sports bag, a locker bag, or a cap. One customer reached out last spring asking me to confirm it fit a standard 4-inch hoop and I walked them through the 3-inch file which comes in at 3.01 wide, works fine. They were doing personalised dugout bags for a little league team and it came out sharp on the polyester fabric. Drop a chat if you want to double-check sizing before you commit to hooping.
Pair it with a name or number block underneath if you want a full personalised look. Works well on dark navy or black fabrics where the black outline drops into the background and only the red seams pop. Avoid stretchy knits unless you use a firm cutaway, or those columns will distort. Use a topping on any textured or looped surface and youll be fine.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
