Four snorkel and swimwear items arranged side by side in a flat-lay lineup. Starting left: teal diving goggles with small bubble details rising off them. Then a yellow snorkel tube with an orange tip. Center, a pair of magenta swim fins splayed open so youre seeing the full wing shape and yellow inner panel. Far right, a two-piece teal bikini in polka-dot print, crop top and hipster bottoms sitting together. Each piece has its own solid colour fill with clean cartoon-flat edges, no shading, no fussy detail. Tidy and readable at any size, which isnt always easy with a multi-item lineup like this.

Nine sizes from 2.14x3.5 in (6334 stitches) up to 4.59x7.5 in (16429 stitches), a compact stitch range overall. 8 colours, digitising tools digitizing throughout, 9 colour changes. For stabilising, a lightweight tearaway under plain woven cotton or linen works well. Pull the hoop frame snug before you start stitching. Pale or white base fabric lets the teal and magenta read at full brightness, darker grounds will mute them abit. If youre running this on towelling fabric youll want to lay a water-soluble topping over the pile first so the fills dont sink in.

The vertical portrait footprint is what people notice first about this one, it slots into sleeve panels, hat bands, and bag side pockets without any hoop rotation. Back in last summer one customer ordered it for a matching pair of kids beach bags and a linen coverup and said the whole set came together really fast. Send over your placement question if youre stuck and Ill talk you through it.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Beach towel hem borderSummer camp tote order for a customer kitting out her kids for school holiday week. The 6 inch hem strip on terry holds against sand.
  • Canvas tote bag side stripCanvas tote side strips suit this horizontal shape, midweight tearaway and polyester thread for everyday beach abuse.
  • Swim cover-up hem panelSwim cover-up hem panels at 6 inch landed against white terry for a february order, the bright palette popped really nicely.
  • Kids beach hat brim bandKids beach hat brim band at 4 inch fits the curve, structured cap stabiliser keeps the items from leaning.
  • Pool bag horizontal panelPool bag panel placements at 6 inch want polyester thread because chlorine and sun fade anything softer.
  • Vacation tee chest printVacation tee chest at 5 inch with light cutaway, rayon thread for the catch-light pop on lightweight cotton.
  • Beach blanket corner accentBeach blanket corner placements at 7 inch with medium tearaway, polyester for the sand and laundry rotation.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
