Two round lil bees hover on either side of a bunch of red flowers. Each bee has that classic yellow and black striped body but the wings are this unexpected dark periwinkle blue which is what makes the whole thing pop. The faces are cartoon happy, big round heads with pink cheeks and the kind of expression that makes kids immediately point at it. The red flowers sit centre between them with dark green stems, and theres an orange accent in the flower centres tying the warm colours together.

Nine sizes run from 1.93 by 3.50 inches at 10,697 stitches up to 4.14 by 7.50 inches at 24,374 stitches. Thats 9 colours across 8 colour changes so ya machine will stop and ask for thread swaps. professional digitising software built this with directional satin on the body stripes and flat fill on the wings so the hooped result looks almost dimensional. One customer last spring ordered the 3-inch size for a whole set of childrens summer birthday party shirts and sent me photos after, genuinely suprised at how clean the stripe details came out at that scale.

Lay heavy cutaway underneath for this one. The stitch density at 785 per square centimetre means tearaway wont hold the registration on stretch fabrics. Best on a crisp cotton or a tightly woven canvas. Avoid thin jersey on the bigger sizes, the underlay pulls through. Send a note if the colours read off on ya fabric and ill swap em.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • kids summer birthday party shirtsStitch the 3-inch size on white cotton tees for a kids spring birthday party and run several at once on a multi-needle machine
  • toddler cotton onesie or bib decorationEmbroider the smallest 1.93-inch version on a cotton onesie bib panel using cutaway stabiliser so the dense fill doesnt pucker the knit
  • garden-themed tote bag for kidsPop the 4-in size for a canvas tote for a lil one who loves bees and pair it with yellow webbing handles for a fun touch
  • spring nursery wall hoop artHoop the biggest 7.5 version in a round frame with cream muslin backing and hang it in a nursery with a garden theme
  • matching teacher and student tees for springRun the 3-in chest on matching shirts for a teacher and classroom group for a spring-themed school week
  • girls denim jacket back or sleeve patchAdd the medium size to a denim jacket sleeve or back yoke as a patch for a girl who keeps asking for something colourful
  • canvas kids backpack front pocketUse the 2.5-in run for a canvas kids backpack front pocket and the bold outlines hold up even after daily wear and washing

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
