Stitched out this believe santa sleigh script and its kinda just the right amount of christmas for a lot of people. The word Believe is written in a flowing elegant script with a small santa sleigh silhouette tucked into the design, sitting above the lettering or integrated near the top loop of the B depending on the size. Single colour only, so you pick your thread and go. The letterforms are done in satin column stitching so theres that smooth ropey quality to each stroke, and its really satisfying when its done.

One colour thread is genuinely good for this script, the simplicity is the whole point. really clean look on almost any solid background. Five sizes from just over 2 inches wide up to just under 5 inches. Heights run 3.5 to top 7.5. Stitch count goes from about 7,900 on the smallest up to 18,364 on the largest, which is still manageable, its a fast file for the detail level youre getting. Use tearaway on woven cotton, cutaway on knits, the satin column work needs a firm base to stitch without tunnelling.

I get messages about this one from people digitising holiday projects who want something that reads upscale without alot of thread swaps. A customer this christmas made a set of linen Christmas towels with this stitched in gold thread and it honestly looked like something from a boutique. The gold metallic thread on natural linen is a combination I keep recommending for this design.

Stitch in white on navy, gold on cream, or silver on burgundy for the best results. Skip busy patterned fabric. Avoid tension issues by using a good bobbin thread and running the machine at medium speed on the larger sizes. Use a topping on fleece or terry so the fine script lines dont sink into the surface texture.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
