Sketched this blank baseball version up as the cleaner simpler counterpart to the split text template. Its the same two baseball halves framing an open centre space, but the design is a bit rounder and more traditionally shaped. Black outline, red seam lines. No fill inside the ball halves. The outline itself has a clean satin edge so it reads clearly even without interior fill.
2 colours, 1 colour change during the run. Because theres no dense fill area the stitch count is lower than youd expect for the size: 4,841 stitches at 2 inches up to 19,138 at the largest 5.3 inch version. 6 sizes from just under 2 inches to 5.3 inches wide, with heights reaching up to 8 inches at the large end which includes the full split gap spacing.
Density is 451 stitches per inch in the seam line sections which is moderate. Works cleanly on cotton, linen, canvas and denim. Pop a tearaway behind woven fabrics. The outline is satin column stitching so it sits up nicely and doesnt sink into the fabric the way a flat running stitch would. Dont hoop thin silk or chiffon for the outlined versions, they can distort around a satin column edge.
Honestly this is one of those designs where I sell way more of em than I expected. A customer ordered a batch of 20 on red cotton squares last autumn for a baseball fundraiser table decoration project and said they all came off the machine perfect first run.
Use it as a standalone graphic, pair it with a font in your embroidery software, or stitch it blank on a patch and hand-stitch a name through the middle for a custom low-tech version.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
