Here is the blue dino design with that bold cartoon look. Hes standing up on his back legs, mouth open in a cheeky grin showing all his white teeth. The big draw is the dark red spiked frill running from the top of his head down between his shoulders, kinda makes him look like he means business.

Cobalt blue body, darker blue spots scattered across his back and tail. A bright orange belly stripe runs down his front from chin to tail base which gives a great colour contrast against the blue. Two stubby T-rex arms tucked up. Thick black outlines round everything so the whole shape pops even on a busy fabric.

I built this one last spring as a brother piece to the green dino so families could do matching sibling sets. My sister actually requested it for her boys, one wanted green, the other insisted on a 'cool red' dino, so theres the compromise. Customers have been ordering both since and one mum told me she stitched them on bunkbed pillows for her twins.

5 sizes from 3.23 inches up to 6.92 inches wide. The smaller version works on toddler bibs and onesie pockets. Largest size goes well centred on a kids tee or the denim biker back without crowding the seams.

8 colours, biggest size around 42k stitches so its got presence but stays under that 50k headache zone. Stitch on cotton tee jersey, baby fleece, light denim. Use a tearaway behind woven cotton. Use cutaway behind any stretch knit because the spike density will want support. Reach out a chat if the file gets stuck, ill clean it up fast.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Boys dinosaur teesNavy cotton boys tee at the medium, the red frill and orange belly read vivid against a darker base cloth.
  • Kids backpack patchesKids backpack flap stitch, the design survives playground chaos and still reads clearly from across the schoolyard.
  • Dino birthday party totesCanvas party favour bags for a cool dino birthday theme, the cheeky grin sets the mood without the word dino on anything.
  • Sibling matching shirtsSibling matching tee set paired with the green dino, two different colour dinosaurs so neither sibling argues.
  • Toddler hoodie chest piecesToddler hoodie chest panel at medium, a basic grey hoodie gets personality for nursery days.
  • Bedroom pillow accentsNavy or grey pillowcase corner at small version, a dino room accent that doesnt take over the whole bedroom scheme.
  • Drawstring kit bagsSwim or kit drawstring bag front panel so a kid can spot their gear at sports practice without checking inside.
  • Nursery hoop decorMount in a wooden hoop with plain calico backing for a quick nursery wall piece, calico cuts to fit in an afternoon.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
