The arrow runs horizontal across the whole width and five feathers hang down from it on little string loops with beads knotted in. Each feather is different. Far left is a thick cream and black spotted one, kinda like a guinea fowl quill, really graphic. Next to it a tall navy and white feather with that classic two-tone look. Centre is the longest one, teal and gold with directional barbs running outward. Then a mostly cream feather with navy tips. Far right is a coral pink one with a navy base, which balances the whole composition back left.

The arrow itself has a proper arrowhead on the right end and fletching on the left, stitched in brown with satin column work. Beads sit on the hanging strings in coral and teal, real tiny things but they show on the bigger sizes. embroidery software pulled the feather barbs with directional stitching so they fan out from the quill naturally. 9 sizes from 3.32 inches wide to 7.11 inches, so theres a size for everything from a cap to a canvas throw pillow.

I made this one for a customer who was customising a set of boho wall hangings in july last year. She wanted something that could go on natural linen and wouldnt look like clipart. She sent me photos when she finished and honestly it looked like someone had brushed it on with paint. The feather barb stitching does a lot of heavy lifting there. Ive gotten orders for it from yoga studios, wedding planners, and festival clothing sellers since then.

Try it on natural linen, oatmeal canvas, or cream cotton for that true boho earthy look. Use cutaway stabiliser on linen because the density hits 36,019 stitches on the biggest size and linen can shift under that much thread. Hoop the linen with a layer of tearaway topping so the needle goes through cleanly between the woven fibres. I dont hoop linen tight without a topping, its one of those things that looks fine until you pull the stabiliser and then you see the puckering. Send me message if the file doesnt open right and ill get you sorted.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
