Its a rainbow but not the bright primary-colour kind. The boho version pulls from an earthy warm palette, so youre looking at terracotta, rust, sage tones rather than the classic red-orange-yellow progression. Small hearts sit around the arch, tucked into the design so they feel like they belong, not just stuck on top. The whole thing has that relaxed bohemian feel that works across home decor and fashion pieces without being overtly kids or nursery.
Three colours in the build, density at 722, which means the satin fill on the rainbow bands is dense enough to have a slightly textured quality when its hooped and stitched, not paper-flat. Five sizes going from 2.3 inches wide up to 5.38 inches wide, heights running 3 to 7 inches. Stitch counts 7,654 at the small size up to 27,184 at the full 5 inch width. my software drove the underlay on this one to make sure the colour band edges stay crisp between thread changes, theres 3 colour changes to manage in the run. Press a heavy backer behind it, especially on canvas, denim and linen where the dense fill needs proper support.
Honestly looks expensive on a canvas tote, honestly. I stitched a sample on a natural linen tote last autumn and my customers have been ordering it ever since for their market stalls and handmade businesses. Pop it on cream, sand, white or natural linen and the warm palette sits perfectly. Avoid bright white synthetic fabric, the earthy colours can look a bit flat against very bright whites.
Use a tearaway backing on lighter fabrics, or go cutaway on canvas and denim. Lay wash-away topping on any textured surface. Best placement is centred on a tote face or on the front chest of a hoodie at 4-5 inches.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
