A gap I kept noticing, most halloween ghost designs are either full-on spooky or really generic. I wanted something kinda cute and a lil kawaii, the sort of thing a ten-year-old would actually want on their hoodie. And based on the orders Ive been getting for it, thats exactly who is buying it.

8,310 stitches in 7 colours, digitised in industry tools at a density of 144, lighter than average. Lower density is intentional because the ghost body needs to look clean without the fabric pulling inward. Stitch it on dark fabric for best results, black cotton-fleece or a dark navy makes the white satin body pop. Use a cutaway stabiliser underneath and add a light topping if youre working on any knit or textured surface. The satin letters on 'BOO' have directional underlay built in so they lay flat without rippling when hoop tension is right.

One customer wrote me last october saying she stitched this on matching hoodies for her whole group of friends for a halloween outing. She hooped em all on black fleece pullover hoodies and said the ghost bodies really popped against the dark background. Truly a great combo, I always recommend a deep-coloured base for maximum contrast on white satin fill.

Skip pale fabrics unless you want a softer effect. Pop it on black for the most dramatic result. Send me a note if you run into any trouble with the file and Ill get it sorted out for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
