This bunny is sitting in a little nest of dry brown twigs, which gives it this forest-found quality that sets it apart from generic cute bunnies. The body is soft grey-blue with lighter shading on the belly, the inner ears are pink, and right at the top of the head sits a big full bow in pale pink with a tiny knot at the center. The eyes have actual lash fringe lines which gives the face a real animated character feel, theres even a tiny ribbon bow on the chest. Its sweet without being sickly about it.

6 colours: brown, pink, purple, white, blue-grey and black. 5 colour changes so wind your bobbins in advance. The smallest size is 23,806 stitches at 3.2" wide and the large version goes to 56,067 stitches at 7.5". Run fusible polymesh underneath, especially on onesie or fleece fabric. Pop a wash-away topping over the twig area at the base as those short scattered stitches can sink into textured weaves. Hoop any baby garment snugly before you start the run.

The bow between the ears is what makes this design click. Its deliberately oversized and thats what gives it that nursery gift energy. I get a lot of repeat buyers on this one, people who made it for one baby shower and then come back when the next one happens. Last month someone ordered for a set of matching onesies for twins and I thought that was genuinely a brilliant idea. Stitch it on white, pale pink or lavender fabric for the classic nursery look, try it on sage green if you want something a bit more modern.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Embroidering onto a baby girl's onesie or sleepsuitWhite or pale lavender onesies show all 6 colours cleanly, the pink and blue-grey palette is very pastel-nursery friendly
  • Decorating a toddler backpack or small fabric satchelA small pale pink cotton backpack at the 3.5" size is well-proportioned for a toddler and the design fits the front panel
  • Adding to a kids room cushion or cot bumper as a nursery characterNatural linen cot bumper panels with this repeated at intervals make a genuinely considered nursery setup
  • Stitching onto a baby shower gift: bib, hat and blanket setA coordinated bib, hat and blanket set with this at scaled sizes is a popular craft fair or Etsy listing type
  • Using on a girls bedroom cushion or pillowcase as a room accentPale grey or white pillowcases on a girls bed with this at the full 7.5" size is a strong room statement
  • Personalising a fabric gift bag for a birthday or baby announcementA drawstring gift bag in white cotton with this on the front is a wrapping option that people keep rather than throw away

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
