Its a tied bow at the top with several heart shapes hanging below it on individual strings, like a little mobile or charm piece. Pick the 5.5-inch size for a shirt chest or tote bag front. Add medium-weight cutaway stabiliser on any knit. Run at reduced speed through the centre knot where stitch density concentrates. Use topping on fleece so the bow ribbon detail doesnt sink into the pile.
