Hoop counts run from 31,519 stitches at the 5.51 by 4.95 inch smallest size up to 55,020 at 8.5 by 7.66 inches across 7 sizes. The density is 845 stitches per square inch so medium-weight cutaway stabiliser under a kraft canvas tote is the right call here. Dont try tearaway on canvas, it wont hold flat.

I ran a test version on a natural cotton drawstring bag last spring and a customer spotted it in a photo I posted, she ordered 3 for her sons birthday party favours. Use the 5.5-inch file across a kids shirt left-chest or jacket front. Add a name below in a simple running stitch font and it becomes a proper personalised gift.
