Its a cartoon girl face with 2 braids coming down from each side and a round cheerful expression, done in that clean illustrative style where the outlines are crisp and the fills are smooth and even. Seven colours from warm skin tone through the chocolate brown braids, rosy cheek blush, black outline work, and a soft pink bow at the top. Density 769 keeps it from being too stiff on light cotton or knit, which is exactly what you want on kids clothing where the fabric gets washed alot.

Sizes run from 3.5 inches wide and 2.94 inches tall at small scale, climbing to 7.5 by 6.3 inches at the full build, stitch count 13,574 to 36,354. My niece saw this design last spring and immediately told me it should go on her school bag, so I ran the 4-in design on canvas with a light cutaway stabiliser and she carried it for the whole school year without the stitching lifting. Thats the best test honestly. Back your fabric with cutaway before hooping on knit or stretch garments because the outline density needs proper support.

Use the smaller 3.5-inch sample on a shirt breast pocket or children's jacket chest for a sweet accent thats not overwhelming. Stitch the 5 or 6-inch build on a tote bag face or kids backpack front panel where youve got space to show the full braided detail. Pair with a tearaway behind woven cotton quilting fabric. Avoid high-nap fleece without a topping layer since the stitching will sink into the pile and youll lose that sharp cartoon look. Run a test square first if youre trying this on stretch fabric.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
