I get messages every year around late september asking if Ive got something fall that isnt subtle, something with actual colour punch, not just tans and beiges. This is that design. Seven colours, 9,798 stitches, running at density 174 with a 3.5 by 2.5 inch landscape footprint. The orange here isnt muted, its actual pumpkin-bright, and the red leans toward fire-red rather than burgundy.
The botanical elements, leaves, lil berries, acorn shapes, are digitised with a mix of satin outlines and fill sections in digitising tools. Directional fill on the larger leaf shapes gives them a veined look without adding extra stitch count. The lettering sits in script with clean underlay so it reads on both light and medium fabrics without ghosting through. Cutaway stabiliser on any stretch fabric, tearaway on firm wovens.
And the colour sequencing is worth running in order, theres a reason the orange goes first. Each new colour builds on the edges of the previous one, and if you skip ahead the overlaps look wrong. Run test stitches if youre experimenting with different thread brands since the vivid red in particular tends to vary a fair amount between manufacturers. Stitch the leaf fills at medium speed to keep the satin edge lines clean. Use a firm hoop snap and press the ground fabric flat before hooping, any slight buckling in a 3.5-inch wide design shows up in the leaf outlines. Skip sewing through thicker bag handles or straps directly; always hoop just the panel area.
Cotton canvas, firm cotton twill, or linen all work really well here, the seven colours need a stable base to read clearly, and loosely woven fabrics can cause the satin leaf outlines to sink slightly. Light or natural ground colours bring out the full palette best; the cream and yellow threads disappear on white but glow on natural fabric.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
