Made this one last february when I was building out the easter and kids range. Its a bunny sitting up straight, holding a little red heart right in front of it, both paws wrapped around it like its the most important thing in the world. Honestly its one of the designs that just makes people go aww, and alot of my customers end up using it way beyond easter because the heart makes it feel more like a general love or gifting design.
Six colours in total. Cream and warm white for the body, soft pink on the inner ears, red satin fill on the heart, a lil grey for the shadow areas and a darker accent line around the edges. Stitch count runs from 18,248 at the petite piece up to 43,924 at the full 7.51 inch width, so theres real density in there, density rating of 151 means the fur fill is tight and smooth. And the ears have directional satin stitching so they actually look slightly rounded when pressed. Heres the thing with 6-colour designs: your stabiliser choice matters. Im using a medium-weight cutaway underneath on stretch fabrics, tearaway works fine on quilting cotton or felt.
8 sizes from 3.51x2.81 inches up to 7.51x6.01 inches. The smaller ones sit nicely on a onesie chest pocket area, the bigger sizes are great hooped on a fleece blanket panel. One customer ordered the 5-inch version for a personalised tote bag for her daughters nursery room and sent me a note saying the texture looked almost like a real plush toy. That kind of feedback is what keeps me digitising these. Underlay is set per-zone so the bunny body doesnt look flat even on thicker fleece.
Stitch the 5-in detail on a fleece blanket corner or a cotton canvas tote and you get that plush-toy finish that photographs really well for gift listings. Pop it on a baby shower gift bag, a kids zip pouch, a mums-to-be card holder, whatever you like. Hit me up if a file doesnt load in your software and Ill get you a replacement format straight away.
