Take a rainbow, swap the standard ROYGBIV stripes for a cactus, and youve got this. Two stacked concentric arches, the outer one in deep grass green, the inner ones soft turquoise mint, with a lil dark-green heart sitting at the base where the arches meet the ground. The whole arch surface is dotted with tiny mint-coloured oval spines that read as cactus prickles. One tiny dark navy flower bud pokes out the top right corner like a desert bloom sneaking through.

Construction has 3 colours, 3 colour changes per size, 31 trims, stitches counts running 5,714 on the smallest 2.18-inch version up to 20,196 on the largest 4.78-inch. Densitys at 767, sits in mid-range. I digitised it in my software with a fill-stitch underlay on the green arches plus a tiny standalone fill on each mint spine, gives a prickle texture without needing per-spine satin columns, that way the stitchout doesnt drag on home machines.

One customer ordered three sizes back to back this year for a baby-shower gift triplet, embroidered onto cream muslin swaddle squares for her sisters desert-themed nursery, then sent me a photo of all three hooped and framed above the cot. Looked so good honestly im jealous of that nursery wall. She used light tearaway under the muslin and the colours sat flat through the wash.

Hoop with no-show mesh on tees, medium tearaway cotton muslin or canvas, the mint prickles will pop. Best on cream, white, oatmeal, dusty pink, sand, or sage. Stitch the smallest 2.18-inch on a kids onesie bib for everyday wear. Pop the 3.05-inch on a tote pocket for a small boho touch. Run the 4.78-inch dead-centre on a cushion, its a calm nursery accent piece. Skip dark navy or charcoal fabrics because the navy bloom disappears.

Email if your softwares flagging the tiny mint spines as separate trims, sometimes the per-spine trim block shows up as one long colour change.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
