The bee is standing straight up like a little person, round body, tiny feet, those big googly eyes that make it look more suprised than threatening. Body stitches out in warm golden yellow with a solid black band across the belly, and the wings are done in fine outline so they read as delicate and see-through against whatever denim or canvas fabric you use. Its honestly the posture thats doing most of the work here.
Not flying, not hovering, just standing there like it owns the place. The facial stitching is minimal but enough to read clearly even at the smaller sizes. Brown thread adds a little warmth to the face area and breaks it up from being just yellow and black. Stitch it directly onto hooped cotton twill and youll get really clean satin edges on those wing outlines. Dont underestimate how well this reads on kids clothing even at the petite 3.5.
Runs across 5 sizes so you can fit it on anything from a pocket square up to a full front panel. Pop it on a natural canvas tote and the 4-color thread sequence runs through without any fuss. Last spring I ran this on about 20 onesies for a nursery order and the body fill held up perfectly after washing, thats the quality of industry-grade software digitising behind it. Stitch counts go from just over 9,000 at the smallest all the way to nearly 25,000 at the 7.5 max size. A customer messaged me last week saying she used it on a kids garden-party apron and got compliments all afternoon. Skip dark navy if you want the yellow to pop, cream or white cotton works best. Hit me up if you run into any trouble with the files and I'll sort it out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
