Round glasses perched right on the face, big eyes looking at you with that slightly too-knowing expression cats always seem to have. The face isnt a flat cartoon blob, its fully rendered with layered fur tones. 11 colours give you the full build from the base fur through tabby markings, cheek detail, eye colour, nose, and those frames sitting up front. The glasses are what makes the whole character, done with a dark satin frame outline that reads cleanly at every size.
One customer told me this was the exact cat personality of her actual cat and she had to have it. Send me more of those messages please because they honestly make my week. Cat people with a bookish streak buy this constantly for totes, library staff, teachers, anyone in the cat lady with opinions demographic which is a bigger demographic than youd think.
9 sizes from 3.51 inches up to 7.51 inches wide, stitch count from about 24,000 up to 61,000 on the largest. At 1,253 density its a dense one, so use cutaway stabiliser on everything. The fur sections have alot of layered fill and on jersey or knit youll get distortion at the cheeks if youre not backed well.
Use topping film on fleece or terry cloth so the fur texture stitches over the nap cleanly. On woven cotton and linen a medium cutaway works fine without the topping. Hoop snug and dont let the fabric shift mid-stitch or the fur register goes off.
White, cream, grey, sage or navy all work well as base fabric. Avoid busy patterns because the cats face detail needs clean contrast to show properly at the smaller sizes.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
